A patio is an investment. Most people let it slowly fall apart.
Pavers shift when the joint sand washes out. Sealer wears off and the surface starts soaking up water. A Northwest Indiana winter pushes that water through freeze and thaw, and road salt tracked in on boots finishes the job.
Two or three seasons in, a patio that cost thousands looks tired, and the fix is a full restoration all over again. Not because anyone did anything wrong. Because nobody was maintaining it.

Do I have to restore the patio first?
Yes. The program keeps a restored patio in good shape. It's not a substitute for the initial cleaning, sanding, and sealing, because touch-ups only work on a surface that's already sound.
When does the program start?
Program visits begin in January. You can enroll now, and your first scheduled visit will be the spring visit.
How many visits are included?
Two a year: one in spring and one in fall.
What happens at each visit?
Cleaning, a full inspection, and touch-ups to polymeric sand or sealer wherever they're needed. In fall we also make sure the surface is protected before winter.
Do you maintain driveways too?
Yes. We build a similar program around driveways and other concrete surfaces, with cleaning and sealing on the schedule that surface needs.
I'm a contractor. Can you maintain patios I install?
Yes. If you're a landscaper, hardscape contractor, concrete contractor, or patio installer, we can pick up the long-term maintenance on the projects you build. Call us to set it up.
